Maia M. Walter

Maia M. Walter has been an associate of the firm since 1998. Ms. Walter's practice concentrates on representing clients in matters of real estate and commercial litigation. In addition to appearing before trial and appellate courts, Ms. Walter also represents the firm’s clients in hearings before several administrative bodies involving violations issued by the New York City Environmental Control Board, the New York City Department of Buildings and the New York City Fire Department. Before she joined the firm, Ms. Walter worked as an attorney for The City of New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Walter worked in the television industry for companies such as CBS, Inc. and Nielsen Media Research.

Ari R. Grun

Ari R. Grun has been an associate of the firm since 2015. Mr. Grun represents clients on matters of commercial and real estate litigation. An alumni of Fordham Law School, Mr. Grun was the recipient of the Peter J. O'connor Prize. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grun volunteered at the office of legal services for the New York City Council, where he researched and drafted proposed legislation for introduction on the Council floor.

Kelsey O'Donnell

Kelsey O'Donnell has been with the firm since 2015. Ms. O'Donnell represents clients on matters of co-op and condominium litigation, mortgage and lien foreclosures, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation. An alumni of American University Washington College School of Law, Ms. O'Donnell was a Note and Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review, and an editor for the American University National Security Brief. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O'Donnell was a litigation associate at White Goss, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri, where she represented clients on matters of business litigation and employment law.
